My Story
Ruestasha’s art began in competition—trying to outdraw a cousin—and grew into the one thing that never left her side. From copying stickers out of vending machines to sketching her emotions in solitude, creativity became her language when words couldn’t hold her.

Her work is less about medium and more about meaning. Whether through textile, paint, or mixed media, Ruestasha uses color and texture to translate the subconscious into something visible. Each piece is layered with themes of escapism, misunderstood communication, and the echoes of life experience.
Her purpose is twofold: to free herself and to reach others. She invites viewers to step beyond surface beauty and confront the truths of their own inner world—sometimes through what they understand, often through what they don’t.

Ruestasha’s exhibitions are not simply to be seen. They are to be entered—through fashion, through interactive art, through secrets hidden in plain sight. Her goal is to leave people with curiosity and intrigue, carrying questions home with them long after the lights go out.
